Shanna has served on the EDPMA board for the last 5 years and this will be her 3rd time being re-elected.
Shanna is the Vice President of Emergency Medicine for Gottlieb is based in the Jacksonville Florida office. She has over 20 years of experience helping emergency department physicians understand complex insurance issues and improving their practices. Howe said, “I am grateful to continue my work with the EDPMA board and for the opportunity to advocate for emergency physicians.”
Shanna serves on the EDPMA Board on behalf of Gottlieb, as well as EDPMA’s State Regulatory and Insurance Committee and ACEP/EDPMA Regional work groups. She speaks regularly at conferences and is considered an expert in accounts receivables, revenue cycle management and reimbursement trends by her colleagues.
